CHARACTERISTICS RHODODENDRON HONEY: The color of this honey can range from light yellow to dark yellow and becomes ivory white when crystallized. It has a mild floral aroma and in the mouth it has a sweet taste with hints of licorice.
It is a very appreciated and unique honey as the blackberry blooms at great heights.

ORIGIN: Our rhododendron honey is collected by our bees in the Pyrenees.
